Synthetic caoutchouc are low molecular weight dimethylsiloxane liquids that are stabilized by active silicon oxide and cured with cold curing catalysts. They are a one- or two-component polymer containing fillers that improve their characteristics and help reduce costs. The use of silicone rubbers provides high sound, heat, and waterproofing properties as well as reliable protection from the external environment. These materials are stable and inert and are classified as synthetic polymers.

Silicone emulsions for surface hydrophobization
Effective water-soluble emulsions that include active polydimethylsiloxane are used to enhance the properties of mineral insulation materials. These emulsions create a hydrophobic bond with the surface, helping to maintain thermal resistance for longer periods of time and effectively protecting impregnated insulation materials from moisture.
Silicone Rubber
Silicone rubber for molding and extrusion of universal type
These products have excellent physical, mechanical, and electrical characteristics and excellent aging resistance at temperatures ranging from -50 to 200 degrees Celsius. The molding rubber is vulcanized using "2,5-dimethyl-2,5 di(tert-butylperoxy) hexane", which is widely used in the production of various buttons and simple industrial and civilian silicone products, as well as sealing parts and other components. It is also suitable for use in general electronic components. Extrusion rubber is vulcanized using Di(2,4-dichlorobenzoyl Peroxide) and is used to produce a variety of silicone tubes, rubber rollers that are not formed, sponge silicone rollers, and other products. These products are available in milky white and transparent colors.
